We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Campus Marketing Manager to lead student-focused marketing initiatives across Europe, with a primary focus on the UK. This role will be key in increasing brand visibility within student communities through tailored campaigns, partnerships, and ambassador programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement regional campus marketing strategies to enhance our presence among European student audiences.
* Establish and grow university partnerships, focusing on the UK market.
* Design and execute creative campus campaigns that engage students and increase brand awareness.
* Recruit, train, and oversee a team of campus ambassadors to promote on-the-ground activities.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campus marketing aligns with overall brand objectives.
Qualifications:
* Experience in campus marketing, preferably with a consumer-facing brand.
* Experience managing ambassador programs or large-scale student initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of the UK university environment and student culture.
* Creative, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Data-driven approach to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
