Job Purpose
With our headquarters in Gloucester, Direct Online Services is a dynamic and progressive eCommerce-led omnichannel retailer of kitchen products. Founded in 2009, we have enjoyed consistent levels of profitable growth since inception, primarily through our flagship brand Worktop Express, the UK's online worktop retailer selling over 220,000 worktops per year to our B2C consumer base.
The business recently joined the €1bn+ global materials division of Broadview Holding (alongside Formica, Westag, Trespa, Arpa and Homapal), and are now looking to invest towards the future. We have significant plans to accelerate our growth over the coming years domestically and internationally, in existing and new product categories, both within Direct Online Services and also in collaboration with our Group colleagues.

This role is £16.71 p/h, totalling in £34,578.40 PA.
Responsibilities
We have had an exciting opportunity for a Class 1 Driver arise based at our Warrington depot delivering goods to our depots to be delivered the next day.
Current hours are set from 10am - 8pm, Monday to Friday
Responsible for ensuring the safe transport of goods to our depots on a daily basis
Maintaining the vehicle to a high standard and reporting any defects to your line manager
Would need to be responsible for self-unloading at our satellite depots
Adhering to Company SHE (Safety, Health, Environmental) Policies and Procedures
Ensure all operational KPI's and company requirements are met, tracked and challenged
Skills and Requirements
Have a full Class 1 driving license must be held (Clean license preferred)
Have a valid driver digital tachograph card
Must have obtained full driver CPC
Competent with drivers hours & tachograph regulations
Competent with working on their own
Fork lift experience/license would be advantageous, however training will be provided
