Responsibilities
1. Responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations strategies for the EMEA Region
2. Performs funnel management, measures activity and compliance, and monitors forecasting performance.
3. Responsible for managing the sales forecasting process.
4. Develops, maintains, and reports Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Sales and Commercial Operations
5. Works to connect field marketing to global marketing by assisting in win/loss information, competitive intelligence, and customer segmentation.
6. Implements sales strategies by driving Key projects and strategic initiatives of the region.
7. Responsible for managing the details of the sales process, and reports on sales and commercial operations.
8. Collaborates closely with finance team to produce monthly sales reporting and develop new reporting such as a global gap analysis.
9. Coordinates and maintains regular EMEA Sales Business Reviews.
10. Collaborates with all global and regional stakeholder on a variety of projects and initiatives to improve Sales, Customer Support, and internal processes.
Qualifications
11. A Commercial Operations Director typically holds a Bachelor’s Degree, with common majors including Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance. Some may have pursued post-baccalaureate certificates, enhancing their expertise in areas like project management or strategic planning.
