Income Generation Support Officer 6 Months Temporary Cover

Summary
The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day‑to‑day administrative support within the Income Generation and Marketing department, supporting the department Director to ensure efficient delivery of organisational operations. The role focuses on generating reports, tracking progress and ensuring compliance, finance and HR processes are completed accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve departmental filing systems.
* Prepare purchase orders and document payments in line with financial procedures and in coordination with Finance.
* Undertake small‑scale project work including research, analysis and recommendations.
* Provide support to the IGM management team with correspondence, minute‑taking, meeting scheduling, travel planning and event support.
* Track managers’ delivery of action points to meet timeframes and outcomes.
* Manage inbox and diary efficiently, sorting, redirecting and briefing the Director for meetings and events.
Qualifications
* Experience of organising and coordinating meetings and events.
* Proven office administrative experience.
* Proven experience supporting senior leaders.
* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
* Ability to use task management tools to track progress and monitor completion.
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
