Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Events Support Coordinator to join our Events Team. This role supports the planning and execution of internal and external events ranging from small meetings (6 attendees) to large-scale events (600+ attendees), including exhibitions and international customer visits.
You will play a key role in delivering seamless and memorable event experiences. that enhance customer engagement and support business growth.
Location: Hybrid based in the office 2 days per week (Burgess Hill)
Duration: Contract till the end of 2026
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: hours/week
Salary: £ - £ PAYE Basic excluding holiday pay or £ - £ UMB inside of IR35
Key Responsibilities
1. Support end-to-end event coordination for internal and external events
2. Assist with venue sourcing, bookings, and site visits.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services
4. Track and manage event budgets
5. Raise purchase orders (POs) and support payment processes
6. Support on-site event execution, including setup, attendee coordination, and troubleshooting
7. Support post-event activities including reporting, evaluation, and feedback analysis
8. Create and manage event registration forms and websites (, Cvent)
9. Support marketing campaigns including:
10. Invitations and registration emails
11. Reminder munications
12. Pre-event joining instructions
13. Coordinate post-eventmunications such as surveys and feedback collection
14. Provide administrative support to the events team (meeting coordination, agendas, minutes)
15. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal,pliance)
16. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers
17. Support customer experience alignment across all events
Essential Requirements
18. Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with interest in event management
19. Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
20. Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
22. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
23. Proactive, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
Desirable
24. Familiarity with Google Suite
25. Exposure to event management tools (, Cvent)
