An Outstanding secondary school in the BL4 area is seeking a Sports Coach to work as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students both in PE and across the curriculum. This is a full-time, term-time role with the exciting opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
About the Role:
* Support students across KS3–KS4 in class and during physical education lessons
* Work closely with teaching staff to promote student engagement, behaviour, and well-being
* Lead or support extra-curricular sports clubs and activities
* Build strong, positive relationships with students, particularly those needing additional guidance or structure
Ideal Candidate:
* Background in sports coaching or physical education
* Experience working with young people in schools or community settings
* Confident, proactive, and a natural role model
* Committed to promoting positive behaviour and teamwork
