Enrichment Pricing Manager – Motor Risk Pricing
Location: Reigate, Edinburgh or Glasgow – hybrid with 2 days per week office attendance required.
Salary: £57,760 + annual bonus & benefits. Permanent role.
Work Level: 2.

Role
We are recruiting an Enrichment Pricing Manager (also known internally as a Pricing Manager – Protect (South)) within our Motor Risk Pricing team to oversee technical and live claims cost models, assess new data sources, monitor portfolio performance, and propose price changes.
Responsibilities
* Analysing new data sources, internal and external, for use within Pricing.
* Feature engineering and modelling new rating features using a range of modelling techniques.
* Supporting the continual improvement of Motor risk technical claim cost pricing models and supporting data feeds.
* Presenting price proposals to the appropriate forums for discussion and approval, ensuring the customer is considered.
* Periodic review of value and ongoing maintenance of existing data sources and enrichment.
* Developing model monitoring reports to identify trends at the earliest opportunity.
* Working closely with risk and retail pricing counterparts to deliver good end‑to‑end outcomes.
* Supplier and stakeholder management for existing and proposed data sources.
* Line management of two analysts.
What you'll bring
* Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Personal Lines pricing.
* Deep knowledge and experience of modelling techniques – principally GLM and GBM.
* Prior experience of using insurance pricing software, e.g. Radar, Emblem.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.
* Great attention to detail and an analytical mentality.
