Your responsibilities will include: Handling all mail, courier, stationery, reprographics, and records management tasks. Performing manual handling duties safely and efficiently. Preparing files and mail for digital scanning, including the removal of fastenings and fixtures. Operating high-speed scanners to convert hard-copy mail and records into PDF format. Conducting quality checks to ensure scanned documents match the physical originals. Managing inbound and outbound courier services, including booking and receiving deliveries.
