About the Role:
Elevation HR are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support one of our clients through a key period of change and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a sharp balance of strategic thinking and operational delivery. You'll drive improvements across processes, performance, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shape and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
* Deliver operational hiring needs while improving speed, quality, and consistency of recruitment processes.
* Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable progress.
* Use data and analytics to drive performance and support decision-making.
* Improve and streamline recruitment processes, tools, and procedures.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring plans and workforce strategy.
* Champion an inclusive and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
About You:
* Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition role, ideally in a fast-paced or project-based environment.
* Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on—able to see the big picture while delivering day-to-day results.
* Strong analytical and data-focused approach; experience setting and managing KPIs.
* Skilled at reviewing and improving recruitment processes and systems.
* Confident influencing and partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Passionate about continuous improvement, delivery, and impact.
