Overview
To deliver and maintain a professional administration and reception service to The Cambridge Breast Unit and to all its users – patients, relatives and colleagues. To provide a professional administration/clerical and reception service to patients, relatives, colleagues and Trust staff.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors to the Unit face to face and respond to requests for a range of information.
* Input information on Trust systems including the NBSS system which supports the NHS Breast Screening Service.
* Book appointments, transport and referrals for both Breast Screening.
* Receive and respond to emails for a range of requests.
* Register, update all patient information accurately and ensure data compliance.
* Photocopying and filing.

* Applied for a Graduate visa, or
* Have completed your course and applied for a Graduate visa before the anticipated start date, or
* The Trust has agreed to sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date.
