Key Responsibilities
Based in the depot, the Customer Support Co-ordinator is a vital part, coordinating the entire hire process from order to delivery and collection. You will build relationships, liaise with all depot departments, and handle desk‑based and on‑site interactions to ensure minimal delay and customer satisfaction.
Daily duties will involve coordinating with stock teams, drivers, and engineers to keep equipment ready, managing schedules, and communicating updates to customers.

* Driving license
* Previous experience in the hire industry or a similar sales/operational role
