We are currently recruiting for an ASD Teaching Assistant - Autism Support in Stroud, working within a specialist SEN school that provides tailored support for pupils with Autism, communication needs, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

The Role: ASD Teaching Assistant - Autism Support (Stroud)
As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored, 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism
Support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and communication development
Deliver structured, sensory-based learning activities
Work within a consistent, routine-driven environment
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals
Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and social skillsWhat We're Looking For

From a background in Psychology, Education, Counselling, Care, or similar (desirable)
