A global investment management firm is looking for a Client Manager to join its London-based EMEA client service hub, supporting Italian intermediary and institutional clients. This role sits at the centre of the client experience, acting as a key point of contact for servicing, operational and regulatory queries, while working closely with Sales, Operations, Legal and Compliance teams. Fluency in English is required, alongside Italian. The Role Act as a primary contact for intermediary and institutional clients across Europe (primarily the Italian Market) Own and resolve client queries, service requests and ad-hoc information needs Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes Support client reporting, documentation, due diligence and regulatory communications Contribute to continuous improvement of client service processes Experience Required: 5 years’ experience in client service or relationship management within asset management or a related financial services environment Exposure to Italian intermediary and/or institutional clients Understanding of asset management products and relevant regulation (e.g. UCITS, MiFID II, AML/KYC) Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach Fluent English plus Italian (spoken and written) Due to the increased number of applications for this role, we may only respond to candidates whose experience most closely matches the criteria.
