About the Role
This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity to join a growing team and make a real impact. Reporting to our Head of Sales, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our B2B sales and marketing functions. You’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, lead generation, and B2B campaign execution, helping to grow awareness and sales across key business channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for B2B customer enquiries, qualifying leads and directing to the relevant team member, online portal, or workplace scheme as appropriate
* Present our workplace period care scheme to prospective customers and assist with the internal set-up process
* Identify and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals
* Create and manage proposals using our quoting platform
* Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity
* Be a point of contact for existing customers with order or account queries
* Conduct research into new potential customers, target markets, and competitor activity
* Support the development and execution of digital and direct marketing campaigns
* Coordinate trade shows and customer events, managing logistics and pre/post-event communications
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone eager to grow their career in a purpose-led, mission-driven company. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Some commercial experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (internships and part-time roles included)
* Confident communicator, comfortable making and receiving sales calls
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong written communication and attention to detail
* Comfortable working independently from home
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
* Interest in marketing, sustainability and women’s health
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online quoting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Qwilr)
* Experience in a startup or small business environment
* Knowledge of B2B sales or workplace wellbeing schemes
What We Offer
* Competitive salary starting at £25,000+ (depending on experience)
* Remote working contract, with one day per month in our Cardiff office
* 25 days holiday plus 3 extra days off between Christmas and New Year
* Summer working hours – half-day Fridays in July and August
* Discretionary annual bonus (based on company and individual performance)

Salary: £25,000+ depending on experience
