The Role:
As their internal Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in planning and measuring digital performance media to ensure a continuous & optimal return on investment. Your strategic insights and expertise will be crucial in driving the brand's digital presence and achieving business objectives, activating and optimising paid search (search, Shopping & Pmax), paid social and affiliates. This is a truly broad, full-mix acquisition role, perfect for a Paid Media / PPC Executive who may be desperate to pick up more channel responsibility!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Comprehensive Media Plans: Utilise digital performance media channels to create full-funnel media plans that align with brand objectives.
Maximise Sales Return: Manage media plans to maximize sales return and profit against A&P investment.
Measure and Optimise: Track, report, and optimize A&P effectiveness and ROI.
Awareness and Traffic: Build digital media plans (YouTube, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates) to raise brand awareness and expand our target audience.
Drive Purchases: Develop strategies (Paid Media & Affiliates) to drive traffic to sales channels and convert visits into purchases.
Retarget and Convert: Execute digital media plans to retarget engaged shoppers and convert them into customers.
Promotional Campaigns: Maximise the impact of promotional messages across our channels.
Your skills & background:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years Paid Media / PPC experience, ideally in an eCommerce setting but all industries considered.
Expertise: Strong background in digital media marketing with a successful track record.
Resilience: Strong personal tenacity and resilience to achieve set goals.
