Package Description: Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic and creative individual who thrives on supporting young children during their earliest learning journey? We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our Bradshaw department at Winchester House School for September 2025. You will play a vital role in shaping the education and development of children in a vibrant, welcoming and collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support groups of Nursery children in daily learning activities. - Scaffold learning through structured play both indoors and outdoors. - Monitor, assess and track development via Tapestry and development matters. - Contribute to planning and subject area leadership. - Maintain learning journeys and create stimulating learning environments. - Supervise lunch and playground duties, supporting children's personal hygiene needs. What We’re Looking For: - A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. - Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills. - Experience working in Early Years settings. Winchester House School Winchester House School was founded in 1875 and moved to its present 18-acre site in the centre of Brackley in 1922. The heart of the School is situated in Manor House, an attractive building dating from the early 1800s.
