Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Romford for a Production Manager. The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production and delivery of MEP items such as bracketry, valve sets and containment from in-house manufacturing facility to ensure they are completed safely, on time and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing resources, labour and materials while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures. The Production Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong skills in overseeing project workflows, scheduling, and resource management.
Understanding of electrical and mechanical design, installation, and maintenance processes.
Proven leadership skills, including motivating teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring productivity.
Minimum 1 year experience in construction or MEP manufacturing
Experience using management systems (preferable)
Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Previous experience in production or project management, preferably within the industrial or commercial sectors.
Relevant certifications or a degree in a technical field such as engineering, management, or a related area is an advantage.
