About The Role : Gateman Duties Log visitors on and off site (Arrival time and exit times) Collate a fire attendance registrar Check all visitors for MI Enrolment Ensure main access gate and pedestrian gates are kept closed at all times Ensure autherised personnel only are allowed on site Delivery booking forms to be completed for each delivery and handed into management daily. Record waste transfers on and off site and hand into management daily. Keep on top of welfare consumables and replenish as and when required and report low stock to management. Guide traffic in and off site as and when required. Record daily perimeter inspections on fence & hoarding conditions and report any breach / damage findings to management. Twice weekly perimeter litter picks To assist the site teams by managing visitors and deliveries to site in accordance with all SHE policies and procedures Labouring Duties General site works as instructed by the site team when not required on gate General clean up on site Distribute materials when required Ensure site always remains clean and report any findings to management. The Person As a Gateman/Labourer you’ll have a CSCS Card alongside a Travel Marshall Certificate and a Criticals Workers Medical Cert.
