Sales Administrator Manufacturing Crewe £27k Commission Company Bonuses Great Benefits Training & Development Permanent If you're a Sales Administrator looking to join an ambitious and busy team, then I'd like to talk to you You will process customer orders, prepare quotes and invoices, whilst approving orders supporting the Finance Team You will also be tasked to increase sales by proactively cold calling / canvassing - both existing and prospective customers promoting the range of company products With a heavy duty of administrative responsibilities, you will conduct in outbound calling activity, generating orders, seeking new leads, whilst communicating with existing customers. Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Researching and canvassing for new business, processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documentation. Assisting the sales team with preparing reports, presentations, and sales data. Handling inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on orders, check satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities. Advise customers of predicted delivery dates, updates on orders, dealing with customer queries. Approving orders for accounts which are over original credit limit set.
