Due to continued growth, theyre looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, managing infrastructure and groundworks packages from pre-contract through to final account.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare take-offs and assist with tender reviews Measure works on site and prepare valuations Manage variations, forecasts, and interim applications Monitor budgets and resource allocation Procure and manage subcontractor accounts Support claims and assess commercial risks Maintain internal commercial procedures
Candidate Requirements:Essential: Minimum 5 years experience in groundworks and civils Strong contractual and commercial understanding Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Full UK driving licenceDesirable: CSCS card Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering RICS or equivalent membership
