Key Account Manager
to manage and develop a portfolio of established clients.
The role
* Build strong relationships with key client accounts
* Ensure high levels of satisfaction, retention and engagement
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue across your portfolio
* Re-engage previous clients and win back business
* Attend quarterly client meetings and site visits
* Share client feedback to support product development
What we're looking for
* Experience in account management or client-facing sales
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, results-driven mindset
* Confidence identifying and closing growth opportunities
What you'll earn
* £28,000–£35,000 basic (DOE)
* OTE £40,000+ Year 1 | £45,000+ Year 2
* Monthly & quarterly bonuses and incentives
