Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday.
2. Occasional Saturdays (flexible)
Salary/Package for the successful Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
3. A strong basic salary, circa £30,000
4. A % of pool commission in a well performing branch.
5. A great OTE upwards of £43,000

Responsibilities for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
8. Drive property sales and lettings from initial enquiry through to successful completion
9. Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless client experience
10. Be able to conduct valuations when needed.
11. Stay up to date with local market trends to provide informed advice and insights
12. Use property management systems efficiently to handle listings, viewings, and documentation
Requirements for the role of a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
13. Proven track record in estate agency and property sales.
14. Skilled in building rapport and nurturing long-term client relationships.
15. Can offer an excellent level of customer service.
16. Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator is essential.
17. Some knowledge of the Lettings process is desired.
