Providing specialist car parking services to a wide range of blue-chip clients throughout the UK. The role Main Responsibilities Drive infrastructure modernisation and improvement by planning and executing projects aligned with Euro Car Parks strategic IT roadmap. Ensure continued compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers. Manage stakeholders and third-party providers, ensuring we receive the best possible service from our MSP. Provide hands-on support for the MSP remote support team. Prepare, test, and implement system solutions to meet new business requirements. Set up, maintain, and monitor remote user access in accordance with agreed practices. Stay updated on new IT developments that may benefit the business. Understand the companys core systems and provide user assistance as needed. Assist with presentation and collaboration equipment in boardrooms when necessary. Assist with network cabling and office moves as required. Provide cover for other IT staff as needed. Manage mobile and endpoint infrastructure, set up devices, and manage recording requirements. Maintain inventory records of all company IT equipment. Required Skills: A strong all-rounder with broad technical skills across multiple disciplines Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Expertise in Microsoft Windows Architecture (Cloud, Server, and Client) and network and firewall technology Good understanding of network technologies, with experience managing and operating FortiGate firewalls Proven experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, and Microsoft Application Suite, including deployment and upgrade of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Proven experience with Active Directory/Azure AD, including patch and group policy management Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management Intune/Autopilot and PowerShell Knowledge of system security and data protection Experience installing and managing databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Experience working within a small IT team Demonstrable experience in providing end-user technical IT support, either on the telephone or face-to-face Experience maintaining and supporting key business systems, such as HCM, ERP, and EAM systems Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Optional Skills: Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics Experience administrating 8x8 Interested?
