About the Role Location: Hampshire Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 9:30am–5:30pm, Friday 9:30am–5pm) Contract: Permanent, Full Time On-call: Yes (rota-based) Belmont Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected domestic abuse charity to recruit an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) to support children, young people and adults affected by domestic abuse, both in the community and within refuge settings. This is a trauma-informed outreach role focused on safeguarding, emotional recovery and breaking cycles of abuse. You will work directly with children, young people and their non-abusive parents, providing practical support, advocacy and safety planning, while working closely with statutory and voluntary partners.
