Premier Placement Services urgently require Class 2 Drivers for temp-to-perm, ongoing positions for our logistics clients across Stoke-On- Trent.

Role and Responsibilities
* Driving a 18 tonne curtainside on various contracts in Stoke.
* General haulage roles, trunking, shop work and other delivery roles.
* Transport goods and materials to designated clients in a safe and timely manner.
* Some handball on this role is required.
* Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
* Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of driving hours and working time directive (WTD).
* Report any incidents or accidents to the client.
* Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
* Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
* HGV Class 2 licence.
* Valid CPC card.
* Good driving record.
* Ability to work independently and or part of a crew.
* Good time management skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Maximum of 6 penalty points. No DR or DD Offences.
* Physical ability to perform handballing duties as required.
Working Hours and Pay:
* Monday to Friday.
* Day shifts.
* £14.00-18.00 per hour.
* Holiday pay on top.
