TP Tutors is seeking motivated SEN Tutors in Maidstone to provide one-to-one tuition for learners who benefit from additional support outside mainstream settings.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Maidstone and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time roles available)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual students
* Support learners with needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Help build confidence, independence, and a positive attitude to learning
* Adapt teaching strategies to suit a variety of learning styles
* Provide sessions in home or community settings
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children or young people
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A calm, patient, and flexible approach
* Ability to travel within Maidstone and surrounding areas
* Understanding of safeguarding practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
