The Role and Deliverables
* Role within the data and insights team, reporting into the Head of Insights.
* Develop and interpret customer and consumer insights across customer, brand and sentiment domains.
* Combine qualitative research with quantitative analysis to build a rounded view of customer behaviour.
* Deliver market share analysis and performance insight to inform go-to-market decisions.
* Produce clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Contribute hands-on across projects already defined within the insights roadmap.
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong capability in SQL, with confidence working directly with large datasets.
* Proven experience using Power BI, with exposure to Tableau also beneficial.
* Background in a digitally led, customer-facing business, such as online retail, app-based or e-commerce environments.
* Ability to blend qualitative insight with quantitative analysis to tell a compelling customer story.
* Comfortable operating at manager level, providing strategic thinking while remaining hands-on.
* Experience working in fast-paced environments where confidentiality and sensitivity are required.
