An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a busy manufacturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent, supporting operations
The Role:
Reporting to senior management, you will oversee the electrical team and ensure the smooth delivery of electrical fit-out and assembly work on commercial trailers and associated products. This is a hands-on supervisory role within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the electrical installation team on a daily basis
Oversee wiring, fitting, and testing of electrical systems on trailers
Ensure all work is completed to required specifications and quality standards
Read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Allocate workload and support production planning where required
Maintain high standards of health and safety across the department
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members
Assist with fault finding and technical problem solvingSkills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an electrical supervisory or senior electrician role
Strong understanding of auto electrical systems and installations
Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Good knowledge of health and safety practicesShift Pattern:
