Inside Sales Representative | £30,000 + quarterly bonus | Erith, Kent (office based)
My client, an international distributor, are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their busy sales team on a permanent basis. You will be an organised, proactive and driven individual, who puts the customers needs first.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound/outbound calls and emails with existing and potential customers
* Convert quotes to orders through proactive follow-up and communication
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via research and lead generation
* Understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and upsell where appropriate
* Maintain the prospect database and stay updated on products, services, and competitor offerings
* Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clarity
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
Skills
* 2+ years’ experience working in a sales role
* Customer focused attitude
* Ability to work well within a busy team
* Good computer skills, able to work on an array of Microsoft products
Package
* £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary
* Quarterly team bonus
* Free parking
* Monday - Friday
