Key Responsibilities
1. Provide tailored reading and literacy support for children with complex SEN
2. Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and communication styles
3. Use structured approaches to support phonics, comprehension, and engagement with reading
4. Build positive relationships and encourage confidence in learning
5. Monitor progress and provide feedback where required
The Ideal Candidate
6. Experience working with children or young people with complex SEN
7. Background in education, SEN support, tutoring, or care work is highly desirable
8. Understanding of strategies used to support learners with additional needs
9. Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
