About The Role
As Deputy Manager of an adult residential home, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards. You will lead and supervise staff, manage rotas, and contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development.
The role includes maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. You will liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well‑being, dignity, and independence, and assist with audits, inspections and compliance requirements.
