What You'll Be Doing * Planning and delivering engaging, imaginative Drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum. * Developing students' performance, scriptwriting, and analytical skills. * Creating a positive learning environment that sparks creativity and builds confidence. * Preparing students for practical assessments, performances, and written components of the course. * Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and expressive communication. * Monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting individual development. * Effectively utilising classroom and technical support to enhance learning. * Maintaining high expectations of behaviour, participation, and performance standards.
