Salary: £32,000 – £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs leading architectural practices who offer award winning design services to the industrial sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their growing team in Newark.

Duties
* Lead and deliver on a range of Industrial projects
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
* Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the industrial sector is desirable
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
