This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding school and be part of our reception team.
We are looking for an engaging, organised, adaptable and efficient person to be part of our team, responding to and resolving a variety of school-related office queries. As the first point of contact with visitors, callers and the school community you will need to be professional, welcoming and personable.
Your role is to liaise between visitors, staff and students to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. Reception is a busy communication hub where attention to detail is key.
You will also support our daily admin activities and should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex admin duties as and when required.
We welcome you at any stage of your career as we provide a programme of specialist training for all new members of staff, in addition to our ongoing Continuing Professional Development programme.
