Dietitian – Eating Disorders Unit (Band 6/7)
Location: Southampton. Hybrid option available (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).

You’ll be part of a dedicated and friendly team supporting adults with eating disorders and acute mental health needs in a 13-bed inpatient setting. What you’ll do
* Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with eating disorders.
* Develop and implement individualised meal plans that support both physical and psychological recovery.
* Provide education and counselling to patients and families on balanced nutrition, healthy eating habits, and relapse prevention.
* Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, and medical staff to deliver integrated care plans.
* Monitor patient progress, adapt interventions as needed, and contribute to multidisciplinary reviews.
What we’re looking for
* Registered Dietitian with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
* Skilled in nutritional assessment, meal planning, and counselling for complex clinical needs.
* Excellent communicator and strong team player who fits well within a multidisciplinary team.
* Empathetic, professional, and able to remain calm and supportive through challenging situations.
* Experience within eating disorders is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
