As Rural Surveyor, you will assume responsibility for Estate Management tasks, general property consultancy, and valuations. As a professional, you will undoubtedly feel thrilled at the prospect of expanding the business by acquiring new clients and nurturing relationships with existing ones.
Key Tasks:
* Work across mixed rural property portfolios, including agricultural, residential & commercial properties. As well as natural capital, forestry, and sporting rights
* Advise on a wide variety of land transactions
* Carry out property appraisals and RICS Red book valuations
* Review, advise, and negotiate on renewable energy opportunities
* Provide wide-ranging input for a variety of private & public clients on all aspects of modern land management
