Paralegal - Trusts & Court of Protection - Hybrid working available
Salary: Up to £27,000

The Role
You'll join a dedicated team handling a varied caseload of trusts and Court of Protection/deputyship matters. The work is client-focused and rewarding, involving regular contact with clients and their families to ensure decisions are made in their best interests.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload of trusts, deputyships, and attorney matters
* Advising clients and maintaining long-term relationships
* Managing client finances, including assets, income, and expenditure
* Liaising with financial advisers and other professionals
* Preparing for and following up from meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Discussing investment recommendations with Trustees, Deputies, and advisers
About You
You'll bring professionalism, empathy, and strong organisational skills to this busy, client-facing role. Ideally, you will have:
* Previous experience as a paralegal in trusts or Court of Protection work (experience in PI, medical negligence, or similar transferable areas also considered)
* Confidence in managing your own caseload and working independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office, PMS/DMS, Oyez forms, etc.)
