Teaching Assistant - Rugeley - Start Date: As soon as possible. We are currently seeking motivated and adaptable Teaching Assistant's to work within a variety of welcoming primary schools across Rugeley with immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to join supportive school environments on a temporary supply basis through a well-established education agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils across different year groups, helping to create a positive and engaging learning experience for all children. We are looking for individuals who are patient, proactive and passionate about supporting young learners both socially and academically. The role includes: Providing support to children & staff on a daily basis across the whole school. To collaborate and work alongside the class teacher; occasionally covering some classes when necessary. Supporting those children in the classroom whom may require more individualised support; liaising with the teacher to create a tailored plan in which how you will support the pupil. Comfortable communicating with staff, parents and external professionals in a professional manner at all times. Comfortable in providing SEND support as required for individual pupils, including those with an EHCP.We are looking for someone who: Can support a whole class across a range of Key Stages.
