About the Role
We are looking for a caring and compassionate HCSW to join our friendly team who put their patients at the heart of everything they do. Ward 4 is a forward‑thinking 30‑bedbed Elderly Medical Ward caring for adults with complex medical and social needs. We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults where we can offer a safe, secure and dementia‑friendly environment. As a team, we believe that putting each patient at the heart of all our care, acting with integrity, respecting the individual and a comprehensive multi‑disciplinary approach for all our patients.
Responsibilities
You will be able to undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities working with support and supervision of the trained nursing team. To deliver high standards of nursing care and be willing to share our knowledge and skills as well as following the Trust’s values and behaviours at all times.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, hard‑working and motivated staff member with excellent communication skills who wishes to work with an amazing patient‑centred caring team. The successful candidate should be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to work under pressure.
