Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid (Permanent) | Competitive salary + Benefits

What you’ll do:

Prepare and analyse project budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
Procure subcontractors and manage contract documentation in line with company standards
Certify interim payments and manage valuations, variations, and claims accurately
Identify and manage commercial risks and assist with cost value reconciliations
Build strong relationships between commercial and site teams to support project delivery
Ensure compliance with JCT and NEC contracts, driving cost-effective project outcomes
What we’re looking for:

Degree qualified with strong civil engineering sector experience (the projects will mainly be on marine, ports, floods, defences)
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC forms
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills
Organised, proactive, able to meet deadlines and work independently
Willingness to travel occasionally to sites across Scotland
