Are you a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE with some experience in corporate or commercial law?

The role:

Working across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, from shareholder agreements and company articles to acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising deals; you’ll also support SME clients with day-to-day contracts like supply agreements and terms of business.

You’ll be given you lots of responsibility but will also be fully supported to not only excel but advance your career and develop your skill set. You’ll also be encouraged to get out and about into the business community, attending exciting events, promoting yourself and the brand
