During the second year of employment, you will receive reflective supervision and support to aid your professional growth.
Role Focus
Concentrate on child and family-centered outcomes by ensuring timely interventions, assessing risks, and supporting safe environments for children.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and investigations (Section 17 and 47)
* Develop and implement Child in Need plans
* Collaborate with partner agencies
* Build trusting relationships with families
* Manage caseloads in accordance with statutory and safeguarding protocols
* Prepare reports for planning and review
Requirements
