Were recruiting confident Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in‑store sampling and branded experiences for leading food and alcohol brands.

* Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives
* Contract: Zero Hours
* Days: Shifts are ad‑hoc and occur only between Thursday and Sunday during peak retail hours.
* Shifts: 10:30am - 3:30pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pm
* Location: Newbury RG14
Your Mission as a Retail Sampler
* Engage shoppers – offer product samples and confidently promote food, drink, and alcohol products.
* Drive sales – use excellent product knowledge and communication to increase in‑store sales.
* Represent premium brands – create fun, memorable customer interactions.

Qualifications

* Reliable, professional, and comfortable sampling alcohol when required.
* Experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, events, or customer service helpful but not essential.
