We are looking to recruit a Fabric Engineer with good knowledge of Facilities Maintenance. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to complete work within required time frame, manage own deadline requirements, has a calm manner and is able to work under pressure and against rapidly changing demands and priorities. Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing support to other areas of the business on occasions, as required.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Fabric Engineer to join one of the leading FM companies across a well-known healthcare contract based in Guildford. Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding team of engineers on this fantastic contract. The successful candidate will provide fabric maintenance on this contract.
Key Qualifications
* Good knowledge of painting/decorating
* Well-presented, client facing appearance
* Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities.
Benefits
* Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00
* £30,000- £32,000
* Tools provided
* 25 days holidays per year + bank holidays
* 45 hours a week
Job Specific Responsibilities
* Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works.
* Painting/Decorating and providing a professional finish at all times.
* Working safely and professionally in a client facing environment.
* Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems.
* Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks when required.
* General Building services work when required.
* Client facing role.
