About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in leading and mentoring a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for children in our Nottingham home. Key Responsibilities of Senior Support Worker
* Lead, mentor, and support residential care staff to deliver child-centred care
* Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards

* Collaborate with management and external professionals to coordinate care
