This contract position is set in a vibrant elementary school, where you'll provide essential support to students in grades 4 and 5 during a maternity leave coverage from May 11, 2025, to June 18, 2025.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
* Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments.
* Work closely with teachers and parents to create effective communication strategies.
* Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary.
* Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding student needs.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
* Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
* Experience working with elementary-aged students, especially in grades 4 and 5.
* Strong assessment and intervention skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
