What You Will Do
* Develop and maintain Verification and Validation plans for battery control software and hardware.
* Own and manage requirements related to certification, including compliance with standards like REG.100 and UN38.3.
* Set up and manage Model:in:the:Loop (MiL), Software:in:the:Loop (SiL), and Hardware:in:the:Loop (HiL) test environments.
* Design, build, and maintain test benches and procedures for automated and manual testing.
* Execute integration testing of supervisory controllers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and Cell Monitoring Units (CMUs).
* Analyse test results, identify issues, and drive resolution through root cause analysis and collaboration.
What You Will Bring
* A degree in Electrical, Computer Science, Control Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in developing and operating MiL/SiL/HiL testing environments.
* Strong understanding of battery control systems, including supervisory logic, BMS, and CMUs.
* Excellent documentation skills to support software deployment, production release, and certification processes.
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
