We are looking for a Facilities Project Manager on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract to lead and deliver a range of facilities-related projects across our estate. This role will work closely with the Head of Facilities and wider team to improve operational effectiveness through new systems, processes, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver multiple concurrent facilities projects from concept through to successful completion, ensuring timelines, risks and budgets are effectively managed. Identify opportunities to improve facilities operations through new systems, technology and working practices. Lead the selection and implementation of a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, from requirements gathering through to full business deployment. Review and enhance the organisation’s access control systems, improving security, user experience and compliance. Manage projects relating to estate optimisation, including consolidation of off-site operations and relocation of facilities teams or functions where required. Review and optimise EV charging infrastructure, analysing usage and working with stakeholders to improve availability and user engagement. Improve facilities information management, including file structures, document control and access permissions to support operational efficiency. Support the delivery of facilities services for VIP visits, events and campus operations, ensuring a balance between visitor experience and day-to-day staff needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to ensure facilities projects are delivered safely, effectively and to a high standard. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven project management experience, ideally with a recognised project management qualification Strong knowledge of facilities management environments, systems and operational best practice. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
