About Us: Rushden Day Nursery is a nurturing environment for children aged 0-5 years, with an out-of-school club for kids up to 12 years old. Your Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to each child's age and development stage.
* Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Support the smooth running of the nursery, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, staff, and families.
* Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management as per company policy.
* Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English – essential
* Over 1 year of experience in Early Years – desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable
