HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team! As a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe, we prioritize the customer experience in everything we do. You will undertake maintenance and repair work of gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers' homes. You will provide industry-leading service, help us enhance our reputation, and drive customer growth.
What we need from you?
* CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Proactive, 'can-do' attitude
* Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills

Training & Support
* Week 1: Monday to Friday at our Head Office in Walsall, covering HomeServe, Health and Safety, tools, and equipment
* Week 2: Buddy-up with an experienced HomeServe Gas Engineer
* Where appropriate, we will cover your accommodation and meal allowance during induction

Position Details
* Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
* Full Time: approximately 40 hours per week, with seasonal hours (less in summer, more in winter), including some weekends and bank holidays
* Salary: £44,900 + £1,500 signing bonus
